Colonel Gaddafi’s All-Female Bodyguards

I keep hearing on the radio that Secretary Rice is visiting Col. Gaddafi today in Lybia and that he is apparently protected by a retinue of all-female bodyguards.  Since when?

I thought only supervillains in the movies had all-female bodyguards (or was it only the Fembots in Austin Powers?).

But apparently I have been living under a rock.  It’s old news.
