Eat Less Meat. Save the Environment (Really?)
I knew this would happen. How? Well, the cattle industry has been in the crosshairs of the environmentalist movement for some time now.
The UN doesn’t have to push too hard. At least in the U.S., the cost of most foods – inlcuding all meats – has risen considerably due to the federally-mandated use of food crops as bio-fuel. (Thanks, Congress! I love my steak rare, but not rarely).
