“Obama Lied, People Bribed”
I can’t wait for the bumper stickers and website banners. If I weren’t so busy, I’d make them myself. Maybe sell some merchandise on line.
Even if no actual bribing took place, it’s catchy and good enough to become emblematic of the taint that will surround the Obama team for the foreseeable future. Sad that it has to be that way.
As for the lying, I think it’s pretty obvious it did take place. Even if some Obama sympathizers would rather that we never find out.
Don’t get me wrong. Like most Americans, I want Obama to succeed; but if his people and himself are going to be so careless and clumsy, they have no one to blame but themselves. And sweeping the whole thing under the carpet is not good enough. Obama needs to step up to the plate and shake the Nixon off his suit, instead of engaging in a cover up.
Of course, although I want Obama to succeed, I’m no Obama-bot. I have to call them like I see them.
