First a stealth fairness doctrine and now Democratic stealth care?

I hope Obama can imbue his fellow Democrats in Congress with his enthusiasm for transparency.  This backroom legislating thing is getting tacky.

UPDATE: Note this bit of advice from Tom Daschle: “Move fast, before there can be a public debate, and write as vague a bill as possible.”
