Legal Insurrection: Dems Lack Waterboarding Exit Strategy.
Funny how Dems are now on the wrong end of the issue, after trying to demagogue it to their advantage for so long. Maybe that’s part of the reason for Obama not wanting to release the so-called torture photos anymore.

MORE: Maybe the GOP should drop the whole “Democrat Socialist Party” rebranding campaign and instead push for renaming it as “The Pro-Torture Democratic Party” – to highlight this rare instance of Beltway bi-partisanship, that is. Hey, torture is one thing both parties in Congress – and the already Pro-Torture Obama Administration – agree on!
ANOTHER ONE: I never thought I’d say this, but hats off to Jon Stewart for going after Pelosi on her tortured waffling (via Instapundit). Still waiting for him to go after Obama on “war crimes”, but I’m not holding my breath.
