Administration’s Iran Approach Gets Clearer
Washington Times: U.S. Contacted Ayatollah Before Election.
This overtures from the administration to the Iranian regime put Obama’s apathy towards the Iranian protesters in perspective. Seems Obama was playing it cool towards the uprising in the hope he could still score a date with the regime, like a wary suitor waiting for a cue from a skeptical beloved.
But he played it too cool for everyone’s taste. And looks like the lovely regime wasn’t really interested anyway. Who played who?
At any rate, there are other – and more desirable – fish in the sea. Besides, she doesn’t like our buddy Israel. And that’s not cool.
Right?
