The erection of such salons says this to corporations and public officials: You owe your candor not to the public but to one another, and journalistic organizations such as the Atlantic and the Washington Post will gladly pocket the cash to help you keep your “secrets.”
Turns out The Atlantic has been holding these events for “a half-dozen years”. Makes you wonder how many other MSM organs are holding events like these, doesn’t it?
What’s the point of having a free press if it chooses to cover up expression? And these people are hoping for a bailout?
