What Impact?
AP: Stimulus impact on economy will now peter out, says White House economist. Great. Not sure what they mean by “impact”. Maybe something like this (but to the head):
600,000 jobs have been “saved or created”. But clearly the result has been a net loss.
Related (yuk, yuk): Obama sees worst poll rating drop in 50 years: “Hovering just above the level that would make re-election an uphill struggle.” Yikes.
