If there were such a thing, you know it would be given by a committee that tilts Left-of-center. And without a doubt, most definitely, abso-freaking-lutely, they would award it to John Guerra, a reporter for The Key West Citizen (via Insty).
Me? I take him so seriously that I vote for him getting a pantsing instead, just like this guy right here:
