I suppose that if you feel like you must apologize to the world for America, Muslim attacks against Americans can’t possibly be an outrage to you. After all, thinking “they had it coming” flows naturally from such attitude.
A similar lack of outrage killed Dukakis’ presidential bid during a debate over 20 years ago. The GOP would be well advised to remember this for 2012. The campaign commercial basically writes and produces itself.
