UPDATED: Adding to the Anti-Stimulus Case…

USA Today:  Ineligible firms got $25 million in stimulus work.

But God forbid Blackwater or Halliburton have the slightest contact with the federal government.  Then it’s a conspiracy worthy of Congressional investigations and a million picket signs at anti-war rallies.  This?  Not so much.
