Big Government: Congress’s Joint Committee on Taxation concludes that Obamacare’s individual mandate cannot be enforced.
According to the report, those thousands of new IRS employees that the bill provides for won’t have a whole lot to do. The bill didn’t give them the power to collect or enforce anything. Talk about make-work programs.
Lucky for the GOP, not a single one of them voted for the bill. Now a vote for Obamacare was not just a vote for tyranny, but a vote for looking stupid.
