Anyone asking such a question hasn’t been following these stories from Michigan and California. Thing is, you don’t need to riot if you can achieve the same effect by other means.
Our public-dole addicts don’t riot, they are more subtle in making their demands known. And if their demands are not met, riot-like destruction just seems to break out like wildfire, no actual riot required.

Is Awlaki the new Osama Bin Laden? Seems to me he’s running a New Economy version of Al Qaeda: It’s all run from his website. Freelancers, independent contractors and tele-commuters are welcome to apply. Be your own boss, set your own hours, part-time or full-time. You don’t work for Awlaki. You just buy his rhetoric and make it pay for yourself (and his nefarious brand of Islam). How you do it is up to you.
An even better question is what – if anything – is the Obama administration planning to do about Awlaki? Just like the failure to catch Bin Laden was hung around the neck of the Bush White House, the failure to do anything about Awlaki should be similarly placed on the Obama administration. After all, Bin Laden was as much of a sit-back-and-watch-others-do-the-dirty-work talking head as Awlaki is. What is the administration waiting for?

Remember the national security bogeyman of the nuclear weapon hidden in a shipping container, surreptitiously reaching an American port of call to then be detonated? A Russian weapons manufacturer may have just made it a reality, at relatively low cost.
Reuters: Deadly new Russian weapon hides in shipping container: “A Russian company is marketing a devastating new cruise missile system which can be hidden inside a shipping container, giving any merchant vessel the capability to wipe out an aircraft carrier.” Estimated cost: $10-20 million. That’s not very expensive, especially for oil-rich nations like Venezuela and Iran, who would be thrilled to be able to project power beyond their borders without having to develop or finance a world-class navy.
Perhaps predictably, Russian TV network RT is downplaying the threat: How would terrorists “hijack a satellite needed to guide the missiles?,” they ask. But who cares about terrorists when Venezuela and Iran can probably afford their own missile-guiding satellites?
