Remember back in the day – before the Tea Party movement was around to make the Ruling Class feel threatened – how the Constitution was a living, breathing document?  Now Time Magazine is asking whether it still matters and shows it half-shredded on its cover.  Funny how things change.  And boy, are they changing.  Just not like anyone expected…
